Exchanges & Returns

Are you not entirely satisfied with your piece, or does the size require adjustment? You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our concierge at concierge@adorlyn.com with your order number, a brief description, and photographs if applicable.

Size and Specification Adjustments

Because our signets and rings are carefully cast to specific US calibers, we kindly invite you to consult our digital Caliber Gauge and Sizing Guide prior to ordering. Once an order has entered our dispatch queue, modifications to size or finish can unfortunately no longer be processed.

Delivery Address Modifications

Need to redirect your parcel? Please notify our concierge immediately at concierge@adorlyn.com, including your order number, current destination, and the correct delivery address. We can successfully redirect shipments provided the package has not yet left our fulfillment archive.

Damaged or Imperfect Deliveries

Should your piece arrive compromised or presenting an inconsistency, please inform us within 7 days of receipt alongside a clear photograph of the specimen. Replacements for transit-damaged items are honored up to 14 days from the original order date.

Transit Loss

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at zero additional cost. Should you prefer a reimbursement instead, a 30-day verification period is required by our carriers to allow for potential late delivery or return processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund, as our dispatch process initiates swiftly to ensure prompt delivery.
