Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every curation, offer, and distance contract concluded between ADORLYN and the patron (buyer) via the website. Prior to finalizing an order, these terms are accessible for review. By completing a transaction, you accept the applicability of these provisions.
Article 3 - The Offer & Pricing
All descriptions, specifications, and imagery representing our signets, rings, and chains are crafted to reflect true proportions and finishes. Minor variations in tone may occur due to individual display calibrations. All stated valuations include applicable taxes unless explicitly indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.
Article 4 - The Contract
The purchase agreement is successfully established at the moment the patron accepts the offer, completes the secure electronic checkout, and receives digital confirmation of order dispatch from our concierge.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Patrons within the European Union and applicable regions retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without providing justification, commencing the day after physical receipt of the piece. To exercise this right, the product must be unworn, in its pristine original condition, and returned via our guided concierge process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived compromised.
Article 6 - Delivery & Execution
Deliveries are executed to the residential address specified during acquisition. Orders are processed with utmost care and dispatched promptly. In the event of extraordinary transit delays, our concierge will notify you accordingly. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon successful physical delivery.
Article 7 - Compliance & Guarantee
We guarantee that our jewelry specimens comply with the agreement, the technical specifications outlined in our catalog, and reasonable durability standards. Should a piece present an anomaly upon arrival, notification must be communicated to our concierge within 7 days of delivery.
Article 8 - Payment Infrastructure
Transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways integrated within our e-commerce architecture. Funds are captured at the moment of order placement to reserve your curated pieces within our dispatch queue.
Article 9 - Complaints & Disputes
Dissatisfaction regarding service or curation execution must be submitted in full detail to concierge@adorlyn.com. Substantive responses are issued within 14 days of receipt. Unresolved disputes may alternatively be submitted through the European Commission’s ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Article 10 - Governing Law
All agreements, contracts, and legal relations between ADORLYN and the patron are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
