Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Because items are routed directly from our specialized fulfillment center, transit durations may require slightly more time than conventional domestic deliveries. On average, parcels arrive safely at their destination within two to four weeks.

Transit Loss & Investigations

In the rare event that a package experiences prolonged transit loss by the courier, our concierge will initiate an official carrier investigation immediately. Please note that this verification process mandated by shipping partners can take up to 30 days. Upon conclusion of the inquiry, we will promptly provide an appropriate resolution, such as a full replacement or reimbursement.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Should your piece arrive compromised or in error, please contact our concierge promptly at concierge@adorlyn.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the inconsistency, and clear photographs. We will coordinate a suitable solution without delay.

Returns & Return Logistics

Should a piece not meet your expectations, you are welcome to initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Please note that patrons are responsible for any shipping costs associated with return transits.
